Introductory Yoga

This is where it all begins. We focus heavily on foundation poses and alignment basics to ensure you're practicing safely and effectively. It's not about how deep you go into a stretch; it's about the intention you bring to the mat.

Don't worry if you've never touched your toes. In fact, that's exactly why we're here. You'll learn the core vocabulary of yoga in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Guided Mindfulness

Mental clarity shouldn't be a luxury. Our meditation sessions are designed to foster presence through simple, accessible techniques.

Gentle movement specifically created for stress reduction. We use props to support the body, allowing for deep relaxation.
