First Time at Haven Isle Yoga?

What should I wear?

Choose comfortable clothing you can move in freely. Leggings, joggers, or athletic shorts paired with a breathable t-shirt work best. You won't need sneakers — yoga is practiced barefoot!

What do I need to bring?

We provide high-quality mats and props for all our students at no extra charge. However, if you have a personal mat you love, feel free to bring it along with a reusable water bottle.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to register and settle in. It gives us a chance to show you around the studio and discuss any injuries or goals you might have before we start.

Finding Us

Our studio is located at 530 Gardner Avenue in Brooklyn. Look for the Haven Isle Yoga sign near the main building entrance. We're nestled right in the heart of the community, easily accessible via local transit.

Traveling by car? There is ample street parking available on Gardner Ave and surrounding blocks. For those using the subway, we're a short walk from the L train. Not sure about the route? Why not check your maps app for the quickest path?
